Boos are a LOT better IMHO. Make sure you get the end-grain version and not
edge-grain. (They're easy to tell - the top of an end-grain board looks
like a checkerboard, the top of an edge-grain striped).

What kind of price range are you being quoted? The good Boos blocks I'm
talking about are upwards of $100 for an 18"*18".
