That is good! Reminds me of an appetizer we used to make. Triangles of
homemade melba toast that had been toasted with a light brushing of garlic
butter, then topped with a bit of grilled bacon, followed by crumbled blue
cheese and coarsely broken pecans. Broiled as you indicated. I'll have to
start making these again!
