I never used to like hummus. I had had only store bought and was not
impressed. The worst I had was something that they were handing out
samples of in the supermarket. I wished I had had some place to spit it
out. I thought they would have been better off to have people try it and
not like it than to give it away and have no sales at all.

Then one day I had some in a middle eastern restaurant and it was
incredible. I started making it at home, and it is a lot better than
store bought.
