How about soup? I cooked the shank slices (lots of meat) last night
and defatted this morning. I'll freeze the broth (in liter quantity)
and meat separately. When I want to do vegetable soup, I'll cook the
vegetables in the broth and add the meat to heat. Pretty tasty.
