The total bill (automatic 20%

The Tides Edge Grill Valentines dinner, $10 more. Sounds much better.

I have made a good start spending my money a bit at a time so far this
year. I just find their menus amusing.
Unlike you, Gary, I don't like eating out. I certainly don't hang out
at McD's, although you might be happy to find out (according to TV ads)
the Big Mac is back for a dollar fifty. Go buy six of them, why don'tcha?
WTH indeed. Do you have any idea how many homes are for sale on Dataw?
No, you don't. The house next door to me finally sold last year after
being empty for 5 years. That was a fully furnished house with a fancy
kitchen with all new appliance upgrades. My neighbor's house has been
on the market for two years now and no one is looking at it despite
price decreases. Please do tell me again how easy it is to sell a house
on Dataw. I'd be interested in your not-so-learned opinion.
