Heh! Large eggs in days of yore yielded 1/4 cup. I have seen claims
that this hasn't changed, but I disagree. If I am baking old recipes, I
always measure the eggs. Sometimes I add an extra smallish egg. Other
times, I add a tiny bit of oil.
