Janet UK, I am not at all clueless about hidden cost of owning,
selling and buying property. I am also not clueless about hidden costs
of renting. At this point in my life, renting is fine for me. Buying
in a good area, where home value goes up, is obviouly a good option.
No need to second guess my choices. I know what I'm doing.
