My stromboli is way less cheesy and different cheese from pizza,
and more variety of meats. When I say my stromboli, it's actually
any stromboli I've ever had anywhere, but I can't speak for what
you had.

I use capicola, salami, ham, along those lines, it makes up the
bulk of the filling. Provolone. I personally do more of an
envelope than a roll, but that's my preference.
