It doesn't taste like milk, but it isn't bad. Like any taste, it
depends on what you like. I use it as a milk substitute for baking
where it substitutes very well. Your best bet is to try it and see what
you think. It gives some people gas if they usually get gas from tofu
or other soy products. It doesn't cost that much, and it is available
all over so dive in and buy a box. If it doesn't work for you, get used
to dry cereal. (I never got into the habit of putting milk ON cereal.
I drink milk WITH cereal and take the cereal dry. This has worked for
me for years.)
