.....is a fish! And boy, am I ever enjoying the heck out of 'em.

Turns out my local sprmkt (Kroger) puts out fresh catfish filets,
every day. The very next day, they discount yesterday's catfish and
put out new. Today I snagged two lbs of yesterday's catfish fer $10
(normally $8 lb). I jes deep fried 'em and dipped 'em into my
homemade tarter sauce. Yum!

I keep wanting to clean my fryer oil of all the cornmeal that's
building up in the oil, but I don't wanna stop frying catfish. Such a
dilemma.
