REC: My Jello Salad
1 large box of orange Jell-o
1 can (16 ounce) of crushed pineapple, drained
1 can (8 ounce) of mandarin oranges, drained
1 very large carrot, shredded
1/2 cup toasted pecan halves.
Prepare Jell-o according to package directions. Refrigerate until the
Jell-o has partially set. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate until fully set.
