Please explain how getting outdoors would help? And normally I do eat
properly. Or as properly as I can given all of my medical problems. I
can't push through anything since I have Fibromyalgia. I have the standard
type as opposed to whatever type Cindy Hamilton's husband has. When you
have that, the pushing through pain will only cause a flare. So I do best
to avoid that. AFAIK there is no way to get over this any faster. I
unwittingly gave it to my mom and SIL. My first symptom was loss of
appetite and a migraine. I don't normally get migraines of loss of appetite
is pretty common for me so I really thought nothing of it.

My lifestyle is not unhealthy. I see my Dr. regularly and I follow his
advice.
