Pour it into an ice cube tray and freeze it. When frozen, put the
cubes into a ZipLoc bag. It keeps quite nicely.
I do this with leftover wine, coconut milk, and other stuff that you
only require a small amount of for each recipe. I actually keep a
dedicated ice cube tray (separate from my "ice" ice cube trays) for
stuff like this.
