I do pretty much the same kind of ingredients only I don't use the egg wash.. I put bacon fat in the big stainless bowl and put it on the heat for a minute to melt and warm it and then toss the potatoes in with the spices and toss it all together and put on the baking sheet to bake.
The bacon fat is F A B U L O U S and the potatoes are killer good.
