Cate,

If we're hosting 'the' Thanksgiving meal we (okay, "I") decorate
ours the weekend before - if we're eating at our folks' house,
then we decorate ours on Thanksgiving weekend. We also take ours
down the first weekend and/or a couple of days after January 1st.
They're just too much work to only have them up for a couple of
weeks.
