It is! Supplanted/substituted for/replaced mashed potatoes at many of
my family's Thanksgiving dinners. And I made a full batch while on ann
annual family float/camping trip we do and ther whole full batch for
scarfed up to quickly, some campers didn't get any! YUM!!! :-)
