Yabbut... Sheldon made it sound like they serve instant mashed and then
add chopped potato peels (after the fact). He didn't say they were
serving instant potatoes that contain dehydrated peels. I can't say
I've ever seen that. Then again, I don't eat instant mashed potatoes.
I keep some potato flakes on hand for occasionally thickening a gravy or
soup. I've baked chicken coated with potato flakes. But I don't use
them to make mashed potatoes.
