Yes, everyone is affected, of course the very rich are still watering their
lush landscapes by having water trucked in, but the water is coming from
somewhere so if the drought persists, I imagine the landscape is the least
of the worries. Here they want us to cut use by 35 percent, which I have
been trying to do, but some places are in worse shape.

Agriculture is a huge part of the countries food supply which comes from CA,
so I imagine prices will skyrocket.
