That's OK if you're not afraid to eat something after you have in
effect told them to do their work over again...if you don't think they
are going to spit in your plate you are a very trusting soul indeed!
It's just that I have been around the block a couple of times and I
understand human nature when it comes to handling customer complaints.
What is your reaction when you work for an hour to produce what you
think is good product and the customer says take it back...it's too
done...or take it back it's not done enough. If you're that picky
about how your food is cooked you would be wise to only prepare the
food yourself.
