That's a good idea, the blue cheese. I like Parmigiano sprinkled on
soups such as cauliflower soup.

FWIW, I did the low carb thing about 13 years ago and found after some
time that I could get away with eating spuds, they didn't seem to slow
my weight loss in any noticeable way. Things like bread were another
matter entirely.
