We stayed in such a hotel, not too long ago. The waffle process seemed so
tricky, especially before I had my coffee, that I watched how two kids
did it: measuring out the right amount, placing the top down, flipping the
package over, watching the countdown, keeping other lodgers from walking
off with the plastic fork.
They and I forgot to use the mold release compound.
The place we stopped for lunch on one of these days had a fried chicken
and waffles special. I ordered it for the fried chicken, but the waffles
were do delicious they made the hotel's look sick.
