Not always. Cheerios are oats. Store brand oatie-ohs
had wheat, too. It's been a while since I made that
mistake, but the store I shopped at wasn't big enough to
have it's own store brands. This probably was Our
Family brand, which (like Spartan) is the quasi-generic
brand for small grocery chains.
