D. Merlino of Oakland, CA, made 87 cuts of Alita brand pasta until they
went out of business a dozen years ago or so. My favorite were the
cockscombs(Creste di galli). They sold only in brown cardboard boxes,
usually stacked at the front of Italian groceries.
