We tried it about 10 years ago. Went back to the homemade cranberry
orange relish I've made for lo these many years. It's out of the Frugal
Gourmet Cooks American. Whatever you think about him, this recipe is
still the standard.
2 cups cranberries
1 navel orange, cut up
1 cup sugar
Buzz cranberries and orange in food processor. Scrape mixture into
bowl; stir in sugar. Refrigerate until mealtime.
I made this with Equal one year so my then stepbrother-in-law, who had
diabetes, could try it.
