You should go back there sometime and order more and ask if maybe they
will give you the recipe.

OR...just go there occasionally and order some either to eat in or
take out. I do that with my favorite soup - Chinese Hot & Sour soup.
Too much trouble to make it myself with all the exotic ingredients so
I just get a pint or a quart of takeout whenever the mood hits me.
