Has nothing to do with that. There is a disease called celiac. If you have
it, you can't eat gluten.

It is also possible to have an intolerance or allergy to wheat and/or
gluten. There is also a strong possibility of cross contamination of grains
so if you have a wheat allergy, you should probably eat gluten free grains
because that regular oatmeal you buy could have tiny particles of wheat in
it

If you don't have a valid reason to avoid gluten, then just eat it.
