I don't know one single person who says they have celiac, but I do
know people with a range of symptoms from aching joints to eczema that
they know acts up after eating a product containing a significant
amount of wheat, like a bagel... particularly after days of eating
wheat and it's much better or non-existent when they don't eat wheat.
