The Ewa plain of Oahu is a hot, dry, place. OTOH, with photovoltaic
cells and battery storage, you'll always be able to make your own
electricity. It has not succeeded in reducing traffic congestion in
Honolulu but my guess is that in twenty years, it's gonna be a happening
place!
