Costco Skipjack Tuna

Once a year would be "on a regular basis". Once a decade would be
"on a regular basis".
I looked at the Consumer Reports data from 2011. They concluded that
2.5 ounces of albacore (which is what I eat) MIGHT exceed the
recommended daily dose. The same amount of light (skipjack) would
not exceed the recommended daily dose.
I think I'll keep eating my monthly tuna sandwich.
