I hadn't thought of the bromelain but that makes me really ill. Some years
ago I bought some digestive supplements at the health food store and told
the owner that I could not have bromelain. I had tried something else on my
own and it didn't set well.
She wound up selling me the wrong kind and I knew it as soon as I started
burping. It was near constant and lasted all night. Stomach pains too.
Thankfully she took them back and gave me the right ones.
