Used too much sweet paprika, but that's not a bad thing! And the best
bacon ever!! Bought a bunch from a local meat vendor who shows up to
the Market In The Loop most Saturdays. I think it's Circle B meats.
Good bacon! I ate a strip yesterday after frying 6 thick cut strips
for my beans, and I think it was the best bacon I ever ate!! YUM!!!
