It makes too much sense. Heaven forfend you buy a larger can and then
break it down into smaller portions. There's going to be a reason it
won't work.

Sorry but her daughter is not a Princess. I never would have told my
mother: I won't eat that unless it comes out of a smaller can. Really?!

Why doesn't this "person" shop for her own food? She has a car so
there's no reason why she can't also do her own grocery shopping. Maybe
if she didn't have Mommy running all over town looking for those tiny
cans of pears she might learn something. Such as: You don't always get
what you want.

She might even learn how to cut up and eat a fresh pear.
