Of course... because we all know birds like to hang out on the floor of
grocery stores. Queue Alfred Hitchcock.
I have actually seen the occasional bird flying around in grocery
stores. They come in when the delivery bay doors are open. They're
usually sparrows.

I don't get it. I actually look at food when I'm buying it. I can
count on the fingers of one hand the number of times I've gotten home
with something and discovered it was spoiled. I immediately took it
back to the store, went to the customer service desk and got my money back.
