I can vouch for two of them SF. The best pork barbecue in America! The
thing to do is book a flight into Charlotte on the Red Eye out of San
Francisco. Spend the whole week traveling around North Carolina going
from Barbeque joint to Barbeque joint. Probably need to book First
Class on American Air Buses, the seats are more roomy for us
professional barbecue eaters.
