I'm all for accommodating de ladies - I'm thinking 76 degrees as a
temperature in which we can all co-exist and co-work. Hell, we can't
even get that in this lousy building! The property manager has said the
AC needs to be replaced and everything is in place to install a new one.
If you ask me, I think he's stalling!
