No different than going to a Chinese restaurant really or any other
restaurant that has a menu. The street-side food trucks have a 'menu'
posted that is attached somewhere on the truck. They usually list
ingredients for each type of item. Burritos, tacos, etc. Typically
at a Mexican restaurant the food items will be listed separately by
main ingredient or by item type.
