Well, the migraine is stopping me for one thing. And they are pretty far
away. I will not go there unless I need a lot of things that they sell.
Also, the crime is extremely high in that area at the moment so I would not
go there for that reason alone.

I don't think that we have *any* non-chain stores here. I can't think of
any. And older people shop everywhere here. They're all around us.
