Agree, it's ridiculous. Have you ever been presented with something
like that? I haven't. Any chef who serves it would have to be
completely out of touch with reality. I can visualize attacking a
tower of soft or finely chopped items with a fork and working my way
down (like the mound of Cobb Salad presentations we got in the olden
days), but dealing with a tower that high is silly and one with items
that need a knife to cut through them is out of the question.
