I would not even call that one stacked. The chops were leaning on one
side of the potatoes, peas on the other side of the potatoes and a
couple grilled cherry tomatoes. All four items we touching the plate. I
can see why she does not object to stacking when her example is not
stacked.

How the heck is someone supposed to eat that without it tumbling like a
house of cards? In my search for pictures there were special forms for
vertical molds. IMO just plain silly.
