So it sounds! Mine has a 'keep warm' that works well. Still, if rice
isnt your thing, then its not that useful of a device. As for the
crusty, thats dead simple and if i make a 1 cup yield, what will happen
in my machine if left on warm for about 1 hour. No brainer there.


Since ours gets an almost daily workout (today, twice), for us it makes
total sense just like the breadmachine does. Making rye into rolls
right now (waiting for the dough mode to finish so we can make rolls).

This rye version is a bit heavy on caraway seeds but we like that. It
will be used with mustard and BBQ pork as well as other things for the
next 3 days or so.
