Same with me. I use a lot of fresh mushrooms, so they're always in
the refrigerator and it's very rare that they go past their prime. I
don't like side salad with "stuff" in it, so I don't do that. I get
all the variety I want in mine by using fancy lettuce mixes and
different dressings.
