Pistachio butter seems like a waste of good pistachios. They're
expensive enough as is. I do buy them to snack on, a couple of times a
year. Small bags. I also occasionally buy a jar of dry-roasted peanuts.

Cashews are very tasty but I haven't eaten one in years.

One thing I miss living way down South is getting bags of mixed nuts (in
the shell) in the Fall. Brazil nuts, almonds, hazelnuts. The stores
down here don't seem to carry them.
