Super hard shells and toxic... in Belize the locals place a heavy
plank on a few and then drive a vehicle over to crack the shells, but
first they need to be roasted to neutralize the toxin... cashew is the
same family as poison ivy. But better than the nuts is Cashew wine
made from the fruit. After learning about cashew processing you will
appreciate their high cost.
