Oh, they are the simplest things, but are a favourite with D and family. I
am always asked to make them. He calls them 'swirlies' but I suppose they
should be called 'pinwheels',
A sheet of puff pastry, spread with tomato paste and covered thickly with
grated cheddar cheese. I roll it up from the long end and cut it into
slices (1 1/2 inches approx) lay them flat, brush with egg and bake. Hard
to believe the popularity given they are so simple and easy

How (with what) do you make your patties? And how do you cook your belly
pork, please? I've never had a lot of success with that.
