They are in the same general area close enough to have the same
corporate management. I don't think she knows from up about Safeway's
old reputation. There's quality and then there's the other stuff like
not ringing up the stated marked down price aka overcharging. I've
never had a problem with quality at Safeway but they were famous for
playing monkey shines with the numbers.
