I just made some into pot pie filling but I usually do one of two ways.
Either seasoned with Montreal chicken seasoning, then cooked in a skillet or
grill pan for about 20 minutes or... Cheezeit chicken. Coat each piece
with sour cream then dip in crushed crackers. Put in buttered baking dish
and drizzle with more melted butter. I can't remember the bake time and
temp. but there are plenty of recipes on the Internet.
