All this talk about sous vide cooking has got me to thinking. For all of
you who have machines, what's your favorite thing to make in one? For me,
it was the very first thing I tried, a couple of loin lamb chops.
Absolutely fantastic. On the other end, I did some spare ribs once and
left them in way too long and got some vaguely porklike mush.
