Yes, I think you're right about that.
On the egg theme:
For breakfast this morning I put four chicken eggs in a jug with some
finely chopped onion, pepper and salt, then mixed it roughly. In a pan
I added a little vegetable oil and a good amount of butter, and gently
cooked some asparagus spears - removed the spears and lightly cooked
the egg mixture. The asparagus and eggs go so well together, I'll be
doing that a lot more often.
