Specially exhibitionistic. "Keeping up with the Kardashians" is/was
a "reality" television show about shallow people spending money on shallow
things. People who are interested in "glitter" rather than "gold" watch it.

19 Kids and Counting (the Duggars) was a show about a large, fundamentalist
family who are part of the "let's out-breed the atheists" movement.
