Funny you should mention that: I looked at this in your first post
(above) and noted the 2 T. (assumed: tablespoon) and it seemed like a
lot of salt compared to some other recipes I've been finding.
Admittedly, a number of them had BBQ, ketchup, soy and/or other salty
components. "Too salty" would be a total scratch for me, so I tend to
err on the side of not being seasoned enough, for fear of ruining a
dish.
